Promo Products Direct stands behind its products. We guarantee our products will meet your written specifications, as defined on the Promo Products Direct order form. Since we deal with customized work, once an item is in production, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns:

Ø       Receiving a product different to what you ordered

Ø       Receiving a defective or damaged product

Ø       Engraving mistakes (not in accordance with specifications in your order)

Return Requirements:

Ø       Contact our service department at 713-783-2004 within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order

Ø       Describe reason for return (any or a combination of those listed above)

Ø       Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our service department
