After ordering online or calling our customer service department:

Ø      We will make sure the product is available and meets your delivery date, once we receive your order

Ø      You will receive an engraving imprint proof of your order within 1-3 days from receipt of your order for your approval

Ø      You must fax your approval to Promo Products Direct to: (713) 783-2240

Ø      Production will commence upon receipt of your approval. Delays in faxing back your approval will affect the date of shipment. For any questions regarding your artwork, please contact our Engraving department at (713) 783-2004

Ø      A receipt will be included with your shipment
